GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. Scope of the GTC

These GTC regulate the conditions for event ticket purchases through the website operated by the Service Provider.
By purchasing on the website, the Purchaser accepts the provisions of these GTC.

3. Subject of the Service

The Service Provider sells admission tickets through its online system for events held at the BOHO BAR venue (e.g., parties, DJ nights, themed events, special events). The tickets:

  • are sent in electronic ticket (e-ticket) form

  • can be purchased with 100% prepayment

  • may be named (depending on the event)

4. Ticket Purchase Process

  1. The Purchaser selects the event.
  2. Provides the necessary data.
  3. Accepts the GTC and the Privacy Policy.
  4. Settles the full purchase price online via bank card or available payment methods.
  5. After successful payment, the system sends a confirmation e-mail to the provided address.

The contract is concluded upon successful payment.

5. Payment Terms

  • Tickets can exclusively be purchased with 100% prepayment.
  • Payment is made through a secure online payment service provider.
  • The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for the purchase price.

Ticket prices are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and include VAT.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Based on Section 29 (1) l) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.), the Purchaser does not have the right of withdrawal in the case of a service related to leisure activities for a specific date. Accordingly:

  • the purchased ticket is non-refundable

  • ticket prices are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled.

7. Cancellation or Modification of Event

7.1. Cancellation

If the event is cancelled for reasons within the Service Provider’s sphere of interest:

  • the Purchaser is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, or

  • the ticket may be exchanged for another date.

The refund will be processed using the payment method used by the Purchaser.

7.2. Change of Date

In case of a date change, the ticket is valid for the new date. If the Purchaser cannot participate on the new date, the Service Provider may provide a refund based on individual discretion.

8. Admission and House Rules

  • Admission is via presentation of a valid electronic ticket.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse entry in justified cases (e.g., intoxicated, aggressive behavior).
  • Participation in the event implies acceptance of the BOHO BAR House Rules.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change the program.

9. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • damages resulting from incorrect data provided by the Purchaser,

  • tickets not delivered due to an error of the e-mail service provider,

  • force majeure events (e.g., official measures, extreme weather, epidemiological restrictions).

10. Complaint Handling

Complaints can be submitted at the following contact:

The Service Provider will respond to the complaint in writing within 30 days.

Consumers are entitled to turn to a conciliation body at the competent county conciliation body.

11. Data Processing

The Service Provider processes data according to the current Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

12. Language of the Contract

The language of the original contract is: Hungarian.

13. Governing Law

Hungarian law is governing for these GTC, particularly:

  • Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code,

  • Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.).

14. Closing Provisions

The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify these GTC. The modification enters into force upon publication on the website.
