BOHO BAR HOUSE RULES

1. General Provisions

1.1. These House Rules are binding for all guests, organizers, performers, subcontractors, and other participants staying on the premises of BOHO BAR.

1.2. By entering the premises, guests accept the provisions of the House Rules and recognize them as binding.

1.3. The purpose of the House Rules is to ensure safe, cultured, and lawful operation, as well as to protect the physical integrity, property, and rights of guests and staff.

2. Conditions of Entry and Stay

2.1. The right of entry to the BOHO BAR premises belongs to the Operator. The Operator is entitled to refuse entry without justification.

2.2. The Operator is entitled to remove a guest from the venue if they:

  • violate the House Rules,

  • disturb the peace of other guests,

  • are in an intoxicated or drugged state,

  • exhibit aggressive or unlawful behavior.

2.3. Only food and beverages marketed by the Operator may be consumed on the BOHO BAR premises. 2.4. Guests are required to follow the instructions of the staff and security service.

3. Age Limit

3.1. Most events held at BOHO BAR are for those over 18 years of age.

3.2. The Operator is entitled to request the presentation of a photo ID suitable for age verification.

3.3. If a guest cannot credibly verify their age, entry may be refused.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1. In the entire area of BOHO BAR, it is strictly forbidden:

  • possession, consumption, or distribution of drugs,

  • committing acts in violation of legislation,

  • bringing in weapons or objects particularly dangerous to public safety,

  • violating the physical integrity or dignity of another guest.

4.2. In case of a drug-related violation, the Operator is entitled to immediately notify the authorities.

5. Property Protection and Liability

5.1. Guests stay on the BOHO BAR premises at their own risk.

5.2. The Operator assumes no responsibility for items or valuables brought in by guests.

5.3. The guest is required to compensate for any damage caused by them.

6. Camera System and Data Processing

6.1. A camera system operates on the BOHO BAR premises for property protection purposes.

6.2. The primary purpose of camera footage is to ensure life and property safety, as well as to provide evidence in case of a legal dispute.

6.3. The management of footage is carried out in accordance with current data protection legislation.

7. Photo and Video Documentation

7.1. Photo and video documentation may be made on the BOHO BAR premises for marketing and communication purposes.

7.2. By entering, guests consent to crowd shots or atmosphere images being taken of them, which the Operator may use in its online and offline communication.

7.3. If a guest does not consent to an individual, highlighted recording, they may indicate this on-site to the organizers or staff.

8. Special Rules for Events

8.1. In the case of themed, private, or events organized by an external organizer, the event’s own conditions apply together with these House Rules.

8.2. The event organizer is responsible for ensuring that all participants of the event are aware of and comply with the House Rules, particularly:

  • the 18+ age limit and age verification,

  • reservation of the right of entry,

  • prohibition of drugs,

  • possibility of photo and video documentation.

8.3. The Operator is entitled to monitor the conduct of the event and, in justified cases, suspend or terminate the event.

8.4. The participants of the event are also required to comply with the House Rules of the Bálna National Defense Center.

9. Closing Provisions

9.1. In matters not regulated in these House Rules, current Hungarian legislation is governing.

9.2. The Operator reserves the right to modify the House Rules.

9.3. The House Rules are posted on the BOHO BAR premises and are also available in electronic form.
